What We Offer

Tylo Saunas

World Leaders in Saunas

We at Bos Leisure are proud to be associated closely with the world leading Swedish sauna brand Tylo. Tylo has a philosophy for reliable performance and technologically advanced products for quality conscious consumers. Tylo saunas, as well as their other products, are beautifully designed and crafted in their manufacturing facility in Sweden. From glass fronted modern cabins, to more traditional cabins, Tylo has saunas to fit lots of different areas. Their ranges include Evolve Standard and Evolve Plus, and we also sell their vast range of accessories from doors through to buckets.

We at Bos Leisure were heavily involved in introducing Tylo to the UK sauna market many years ago, and have kept our close ties ever since.

Harvia Saunas

Saunas the Finnish Way

Bos Leisure also works closely with Harvia, another world leader in the sauna market.  With over 60 years of Harvia sauna bathing, Harvia has developed an extensive range of sauna products for the needs of different bathers. The company, founded in 1950, has expanded over the decades from a small artist’s forge into a world leading sauna heater manufacturer and a forerunner in the sauna business. Harvia has remained a Finnish family enterprise and the Harvia companies now employ 300 people.

Harvia provides solutions for a wide variety of saunas. Whether you are planning to build or remodel a sauna, Harvia's wide selection caters for all your needs from heaters and sauna benches to ready-made saunas and bathroom saunas. Harvia also offers products for infrared cabins and steam rooms.

Custom Build Saunas

One Size Doesn't Suit All

In both the domestic and commercial markets, we are often given plans where an ‘off the shelf’ sauna doesn’t fully fit the bill. Faced with this, we are able to custom build saunas to the highest standards. Custom building saunas enables a sauna to be constructed for almost any room shape, from a simple rectangular shape to a more complicated round sauna and different materials can be introduced, specifically different types of wood, such as ash, alder and aspen. These custom build saunas are built to the highest specification by our expert in house joiners and will last for many years. These Custom Built Saunas regularly include hidden heaters and LED downlights to make the sauna a sanctuary for relaxation.

Infra Red Saunas

A New Breed of Sauna

Increasingly popular over the last few years, we at Bos Leisure are pleased to offer infrared saunas. An infrared cabin lets you relax in warmth whenever it best suits you. The cabin works on the basis of direct heat radiator elements that produce infrared radiation. The warmth is similar to that produced by the sun. The infrared heat provides you with an all-encompassing feeling of relaxation and refreshment. The heating elements of the infrared cabin produce dry long-wave heat. The heat affects deep through your skin, which gives several positive effects. It stimulates the blood flow, relaxes the muscles, burns calories, relieves stress and relaxes both physically and mentally. Infrared cabins tend to be smaller and in the domestic market, as such can be installed in any dry space, for example in a bedroom or garage. The infrared cabins have a modern design and plenty of glass surfaces. The large heating elements are placed so that the long-wave heat affects all parts of your body.

Chronic Pain & Arthritis: The heating elements in an Infrared Sauna deeply penetrate major joints and aid in soft tissue repair. The energy from the heat helps to break up Lactic Acid that builds up and causes muscle cramping. Soft tissue and connective tissue in Arthritic individuals, becomes more supple and pliable, less brittle and tight, following regular Sauna use. A 2009 study published in Clinical Rheumatology looked at pain in Rheumatoid Arthritis and Ankylosing Spondylitis. 30-Minute Sauna sessions at 55ºC twice weekly for 4 weeks provided a statistically significant reduction in pain, stiffness and fatigue in all participants.

Barrel Saunas

A Barrel of Fun

Bos Leisure are leading suppliers of barrel saunas, developed over thirty years ago. The pleasing barrel shape is both stylish and functional, providing maximum usable space while minimizing excess cubic feet. The less cubic feet of air, the faster your room will heat. In addition, our Barrel Saunas maximise seating space by utilising opposing benches that run the full length of the room. Also, as an outdoor sauna, the Barrel Sauna is ideal for the garden. A Barrel Sauna is a barrel kit that comes partially assembled. Assembly can be accomplished in just a few hours and is very easy to do, or should you wish, Bos can install it for you. The craftsmanship of the Barrel is exquisite and incorporates traditional cooperage, or barrel-making construction, in its design. It is important that a sauna have high-quality lumber in its construction. Rough wood can cause splinters and discomfort, and large knots can get hot and actually burn you in the hot environment. The wood of choice is Western Canadian Red Cedar because it is a wood that provides minimal knots and beautiful colouring. Additionally, red cedar has a very sweet aroma which is enhanced with the heat and hot steam. Craftsman hand select each piece of cedar for optimal use in the construction of the sauna and reject those boards which do not meet our high standards. You will appreciate the craftsmanship and quality materials each and every time you enjoy your sauna.
